On Wednesday morning from 8:00am, our online booking will be temporarily unavailable while we upgrade to our new system. This is expected to take a few hours that morning.

During this time, online booking will not be available. To make or amend an appointment, please call the salon on 01245 359111 and our team will be happy to help.

This upgrade forms part of a wider update behind the scenes, where we’re refining our services and overall experience to ensure everything continues to evolve in line with the highest standards we uphold at MACK.

Over the coming months, you may notice some updates to our service menu and policies as we continue to streamline and modernise what we offer.

Our current MACK App will no longer be available for bookings. While our new app is in development, appointments will be available via our website once the new system is live.
