How To Find Us
From the Army and Navy roundabout, take the exit for Town Centre (A1060). At the first roundabout, take the second exit (Parkway). The next road turning on the left is Moulsham Street. The MACK Moulsham Street salon is situated opposite St John’s Church halfway up Moulsham Street and on the corner of Anchor Street.
Whilst we are unable to offer any private customer parking exclusive to our customers, there is a public car park and other parking options around the vicinity of the salon for our customers to park their cars, if you would like some more information on this please call the salon.

The reception opens 30 minutes before the listed opening hours, except on Mondays when it opens from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

If your request is for an appointment in less than 24 Hours, we recommend you contact the salon on 01245 359 111. The salon is closed on Sundays, Mondays (open for calls only) and bank holidays.
On these days emails are unfortunately not going to be replied to until the salon re-opens.
NB: An Allergy Alert Test is required 48 Hours prior to any technical service, if it is your first technical service with MACK or you have not had an Allergy Alert Test or colour service in the last 6 months at one of our salons.
